Credit Card Cancellation

Went to Nedbank Woodlands on 2 April 2013 to close my accounts with Nedbank was told that I will only be able to close my Credit Card account by phoning Nedbank Phoned them and was told there is R41.21 that needs to be paid on the account before it can be closed so on 3 April I went back to the bank and paid the amount that the call centre lady sed I should pay I then phoned them again and was told that by 8 April the account will be closed, Yesterday 16 April I received a statement and phoned Nedbank to ask why the account is still open was told I need to pay the outstanding amount before they can close the account told the person that I will not pay any amount because the account should have been closed already and I don't even have my credit card anymore it was destroyed the outstanding amount seems to be service fees well I would like to ask service for what?? Account should not be open when will it be closed!!! I was wondering why I am leaving Nedbank well they just reminded me why!! Ref:62224070 and Ref: 62317133.
