Bank Charges that nobody can explain

Good Day

Today I logged in on internet banking to check my statement is show I was charged R120 for unpaid charge. that the only thing it show it does not show what unpaid charge there is. I went to the branch at Nedbank Fox street my ticket number there was A015 at 11:54. The lady phoned credit management and the IT Department of Nedbank to try and get an answer what this charge was for. the only answer she could get was it for bank charges which is R45 but this debit order of R45 they are claiming it bounced I still had money on my account which was above R45. but I have been charged R120 as that amount not being paid. Now I have to wait days for them to investigate. My question is how many times does nedbank does this. Last time I logged a complain because they were debiting my account on wrong dates and all I got was an apology. The reason why I even checked because I applied for a credit increase on my credit card and they said they declined it because on unpaid charge when I check it its that R45. Of which they was money on the account but they still charged me penalties for it. Can someone please ratify this and fix my application for the increase on that credit card too.
