I applied for a credit card over a month now with nedbank and they just don't want to issue me with a credit card. I have a clear credit record from transunion and experian and I don't even bank with nedbank I called the complaints department a lady was extremely rude to me instead of helping me she was telling me it's her home time she can't help she got children to go to. 5 minutes after that conversation a guy from the complaints department calls me and say I owe that lady an apology since when a customer needs to apologize She was just not prepared to help employ people that want to work and not pass the buck. I don't need nedbank. I have already informed family and friends about the horrible experience
