RIPPED OFF ONCE AGAIN

I had a credit card with fnb years ago (approximately 4 years back) until i settled and closed the account. Yesterday i check my statement and FNB credit card has deducted a card fee of R294.00.

Why is this amount deducted as i DO NOT have a credit card with FNB. what if they have been deducting fees all these years without my knowledge.

I need a statement from when the credit card was settled and confirmation that this deduction has not happened prior to this.and i need all those charges reversed, thats basically because if i hadnt checked my statement i wouldnt have known about this amount.i phoned the legal department and couldnt even get a reference number for the call, how do u like that? what gaurantee do i have that my query has been escalated, was told that i need to wait 7 days to be refunded, why should i be inconvenienced for your mess? Change your system please. Im just frustrated with FNB.
