Poor Service!

I placed a new order for an iPad on 21st Jan with a 15 working day delay as agreed, expecting to have the device as a gift for Valentines Day. I phoned today and nobody at FNB has the slightest clue as to the progress of the my device. Apparently the device "slipped thru the cracks". The last person that I had email contact with was Junaid on 29 Jan, since then the order has disappeared. The call center never recorded any progress on their system, so according to Youdthveer, nobody knows anything about my device. I then called the courier company who has no record of my new order being placed.
What is going on FNB?
Now Im scrambling for a dud gift because you guys dropped the ball. Very disappointed.
