Device Broke within 7 days, NO ASSISTANCE!

Good Day,

I received my Device (Nokia Lumia 1020) from FNB on 04 Dec 2013, Wednesday, the device operating system broke on 06 Dec 2013, Vryday. did report it still that day, also again spoke to call center on 09 Dec 2013. I was sent to a repair center in Sandton, but they were not able to assist me as the device broke with in 7 days of receiving the device. they say that FNB should deal with the issue and should replace the device.

Phoned FNB again, still without avail, no one can assist me and do not no what to do, I spend the hole day now (10 Dec 2013) trying to sort this out, I have multiple references but with no feedback. latest Ref: 385921.

I am TRULY DISAPPOINTED in this service that I am receiving, I have been with FNB since I can remember!

I am expecting this issue to be sorted out still today! Else in all honesty, FNB can come and pickup this Defective device, cancel my device and pay me back any fees that have been deducted from my account even the courier fees!
