Smart Device on back orde

Hi

I've booked an Apple Ipad Air 32 online which was approved on the 15th January.
I then started receiving sms's saying they out of stock

I've phoned 2 during that time to enquire about this device as it was for my daughters 21st birthday on the 20th Jan

This device was put on priority with the department and they promised me to receive one as soon as their are stock

This morning I've phone AGAIN and after I was send from pillar to post by the call centre, I've spoken to a lady who said I the customer must phone Digital Planet 086 077 7286 to see if they've got stock???

Which I did, and guess what, they do have stock, they just waiting for an order from FNB.

I then phone again and as usual you speak to different person. Which informed me that my device is on back order??? I then explained that there are stock available. He then said that those will be for other customers.

I've prioritised this unit several times and was promised one as soon as there is stock.
Why cant I get my device???

Digital Planet just want an order from FNB to deliver my device.

Can it be that difficult

I need answers and I need them fast!!!
