And yet again I just don't get any response from Nedbank when I request something. Just because I don't live in the country anymore does not mean I don't get service. Religiously you take my banking charges (for what I may ask) because I don't get any service from you. I've requested a bank statement from Naumi Kganyago on the 5th Feb with no response I sent another email on the 7th with a office reply that she'll be out of office and to mail Xoliswa Eze which I did with no response either. Is it so difficult/hard work to get a bank statement that no one want s to do it. I have had numerous different non resident bankers since I have left the country and just always have problems. Please sort this out I'm sick of paying for a service that I'm not getting.
