No service from Non Resident banking

I requested a money transfer to my Portuguese account. Naumi Kganyago yet again did not do her job. She said she would keep me up to date with the transfer and what happens she goes on a team building from Thursday afternoon and now she is on leave. I had my residency renewal today and needed the money in my account. Luckily I had people like Leona Watson (Durban) and Tanya Reddy (Johannesburg) that helped me get a bank statement to give to SEF here in Portugal. Thank you ladies. Why do I pay bank charges if I'm not getting any service from my bank? Every time I ask for something it's a problem. Even my previous complaint nothing has come of it. She has not helped me on previous occasions one being a bank statement request and end of last year when I visited SA when I got to Nedbank Northgate to get my bank card she has not organized that either. Why is she in a job that she does not want to do or cares for? My first email to her was on the 9th October.
