Nedbank head office not responding

I applied for a personal loan throw FNB and the have requested bank statements, I got the bank statements from Nedbank but their systems was not working correctly and it printed incorrect. FNB is trying to confirm the bank account number, with no response since Monday from Nedbank, this is now the only thing holding up my finance
