What a joke. It is no surprise that Standard Bank staff totally ignore clients at all. I complained on Hellopeter on 11 June 2013. Standard Bank did not even contact me apart from their mail, dated 11 June 2013, stating that the matter will be resolved. Yeah, maybe another 3 weeks with my money ...
