Poor assistance from Nedbank at Cashbuild

I applied for credit last week Saturday but didn't have a bank stamped statement. Supplied statement on Monday morning to Nedbank representative. No response. Tuesday afternoon I was notified that the statement didn't reflect my name. Supplied a new stamped named statement same afternoon to Nedbank Representative. Late Wednesday morning advised that statement not accepted due to not being 30 days. Away on business, return on Thursday morning with new 30 day, stamped, named statement. Representative not in but telephonically informed to hand statement to Cashbuild employee. Unwilling due to confidentiality I requested contact person for another Nedbank person or branch to submit statement directly. Informed to return home with statement. Nedbank can't help. Husband returned to Cashbuild with statement this morning. Representatiive still not in. Told to leave statement with Cashbuild employee. What happened to backup from Nedbank and confidentiality. All personal details now left at counter!!
