So here the story goes. Mr fridge get's fried by a a electrical surge. I contact Outsurance after finding out the problem from a service provider. There was a bit of a mix up but it has no bearing on the outcome and why i am making a compaint! OK. Now i contact LG because my warranty had expired (6 months over) so they call me. The guy is at my house and he tells me. It's going to cost you R1280.00. He said all he had to do was replace the motherboard which had been fried. So i thought. Hang on. I am insured. So i phone outsurance and do the necessary procedures. And then baddaboom! My excess is R1200!!! What the is the point? Who is ripping who off? What's the point?
