I wasn't happy that i had to phone back and verufy something which should have been clarrified when i first took out my insurance.
i wnated to know if Outsurance automatically pays my tracking device as this was the case with my previous insurers, to my dismay the do not and the negotiated rate they had with Altech had conditions which didn't allow me to get a discounted rate.

HOWEVER these people at Outsurance are in-genius, they reduced my monthly premium so that i can still afford to pay the tracker without it being an addtional cost to me and it doesn't affect my excess, these people make your policy work for your needs.
