No reply to messages or feedback on a claim

In the begging of January this year one of outsurance clients skipped a stop street and smashed in to my car and took my car out, they don't want to tell what is happening with my car or the claim they don't care if its the only car for me to get to do my work i have to hire a car because i cant afford the insurance on the my car for now. I have work hard for my money and don't get money for free i need my claim to be sorted out as i need my car. The client car is already fixed or is busy fixing the car and i am out of a car. Outsurance tells me that i must wait 6 to 8 weeks. What must i do for two months i cant stop working how must i support my family if i cant do my work. Outsurance just don't care if u are not insured by them or not at all. That's not how life works, if you or your clients is in the wrong must pay and sort it out. All i say is i need to get my problem out i work with outsurance every day of my life and i make a point of it to sort out there clients as best to my abilities i expect the same from them
