Im banking with Capitec and withdrew R2000 on 02/02/2013 at a Standard Bank ATM in china mall crown mines the Atm then said cash with drew from mt account and no cash came out of the atm and it was deducted from my bank account but my money never came out.
Capitec logged a query with Standard Bank and they said they will check to see if the Atm amounts balances,
I never received any feedback or any money and i stated clearly to them i was in desperate need of my cash before 09/02/2013 as i needed to do things. All i want feedback as well as my money pleas!!
