Really dissapointed with outsurance it is not my first incident that i have with outsurance, This Sam said to me that they will refund me on my car's alarm system and anti hijack cause they can not change my premuim and i thought wow the will pay for it, that was the promise made on Thursday 8 August 2013, in the same breath he tells me that he would apreciate it if i can give a good compliment on hello peter, for outsurance and for him, which i did, he then asked me to scan and email him the neccesary paper work which i did on Monday 12 August 2013, he phoned me and said to me everything is getting process and the money will be back in my account within 24 h to 48 h and on thursday 15 August 2013 i mailed again cause nothing yet was deposit into my account no respond, on Friday 16 August 2013 i mailed him again 3 times and yet he will just ignore me, i am actaully tired of outsurance where is the bending over backwards in this? And this is not the first incident with outsurance there is always a promise and nothing getting done, sure another insurance company will be willing to take my buisness with not so many issues as outsurance.
