One of outsurance customers drove into my car.
Now that I want to claim from them, they have endless excuses
The one excuse was that they could not get hold of there customer to confirmed that this happen.
So while i was on the phone with outsurance i phoned there "customer" and asked them if outsurance tried to contact them, they said no. Then i went to the other phone and told outsurance that i have there customer on the phone! Then they said that it went for approval, this morning it said the file is back cause they have to interview there customer.
My car was parked, outsurance customer reversed into my car! The police report is there! It is that simple.
I told them that i am forced to get the lawyers involved now, and there reply: Go ahead!!!
I was thinking of moving my car and house contents to outsurance but after that bad attitude and, I do not trust outsurance with my monies. I will make a point to go out of my way to tell people this... I might also just print a few fliers!!!
