I have been a client with OutSurance for almost a year now with household content insurance. Today, my car's electrical components failed one by one within 20 seconds while I was driving home. All hope failed as I was in the middle of nowhere with only empty fields around me and a car that goes nowhere. My car is insured somewhere else but was not insured for breakdowns and when I phoned them, they replied with: "It is not in the policy". No further assistance to even try and help me was given. They willingly showed professional and kind service to get me in contact with towing services who will be able to assist me. At the darkest of night, I am safely home.
