I joined Outsurance many years ago but they have in many occasions refused to cover the cost of whatever I needed repaired from my house. The only time that they supposedly help is when the replaced my geyser in 2009, little did I know that they actually made matters worse. This week the same geyser that they installed back then has burst they said the geyser is still under warranty and will be replaced free of charge. This morning the geyser installation company came, they left without installing the new geyser siting that whomever installed the one they are meant to replace did not install the pressure valve therefore they cannot replace it Outsurance is responsible for that. I called Outsurance and they refuse to take responsibility for the botch job that they did and they want me to pay to have the same problem they cause to be fixed! Previously my house got hit by lightning and my roof and ceiling was damaged, Outsurance found other shady reasons not to payout yet in all this I have never skipped my instalments. So much for having insurance! Outsurance is a total rip-off and so are their unhelpful agents.
