Worst experience ever - hate absa

So I go in to open a new account and this reception lady first tells me that I'm not aloud texting on my cellphone, ok alright respected... But now that I turn my back she goes and bbms behind my back as if its totally normal? How do you hang up no cellphone signs in the building then your employees go and do the opposite? Then the whole account takes an hour to create a savings account? Really? Not to mention that their finger print scanner wasn't operational - which means that my account is still inactive after spending a whole hour? wOw ABSA "SUX TODAY, SUX TOMORROW, SUX FOREVER"
