Consultant & did not open new savings account

I went to ABSA bank to give notice to withdraw money from my 90-day notice savings account, & the cashier told me I don't have a 90-day savings account but a 30-day savings account!
2 years previously I had gone into ABSA and, on the advice of their consultant, I changed my 30-day savings account which was getting only 2% interest p/a into a 90/10 Savings Account which was getting 5% interest.

I signed a whole bunch of forms, and authorized the consultant to close my account and open the new one. I then went overseas to study, and thought nothing more of it. Until now.

I realised when I got home that the consultant did not give me copies of any substantial paperwork, and ABSA have refused to do anything about this without signed and stamped paperwork.

They could also not furnish me with any details of who the consultant was at that time.

I am shocked and disgusted.
