My card has been cloned on Wednesday 21 August 2013 where at the ABSA atm in town where my account was opened. i went to the ABSA atm itself because i know that the other ATMs are not always safe to draw money.

i phone the bank that evening to cancel my card the next morning i went to ABSA bank to sort the matter out. i was waiting in line for more than a hour with only 3 or 4other customers in front of me. they only have one or 2 tellers working at a time. they still cant assist with the matter when i will get my money back or what is going to happen. because of their bad service i have colsed my ABSA account and went to Standardbank. i have to wait to close my saving account with ABSA becuase they say they will not have a account to put the refund in.

i want this sorted out ASAP!!! ABSA bank must sort it out in this week! it takes them 2min to clean out my account from ABSA bank but it takes weeks to sort the matter out!!! ABSA bank nigel staff was not helpfull at all and i feel they can learn people skills and working faster. i was in standard bank for an hour and everything was sorted out!
