Unfair service to Foreigners by ABSA

Everytime l have a p[roblem with my account it takes me weeks they always send me to Home Affairs.l feel its unfair beacuase l expect them to be having all the records and the Home Affairs gave me a letter and Absa says the numbers on the permit and their system is different.l feel its Absa's fault maybe they took the rong number. Is it possible for me to get all ma money from my savings account and open an account with another bank. Getting another card if lost it takes decades as well. Really cant Absa confirm all that on its own from Home Affairs withoutmaking me go through such a traumatic experience. Its Monthend l nid my money but the bank is giving me stories. l feel ABSA is so 7unfair to Foreigners l am not the only 1 who is facing such l have a frand he went thrue such as last year.
