EBUCKS NOT ACTIVATED

I OPENED AN FNB CHEQUE ACCOUNT IN NOVEMBER. I HAD CHANGED FROM ABSA TO FNB BECAUSE OF THE REWARDS THEY OFFER WITH EBUCKS. WITH ABSA THERE IS A R21 SUBSCIPTION TO PAY FOR REWARDS AND WAS NOT WORTH MY WHILE THEREFORE I CONSIDERED FNB. I HAD TRIED TO OPEN MY ACCOUNT ON THE NET BUT I HAD TO GO INSTORE TO HAND OVER DOCUMENTS AND SIGN. THE CONSULTANT HAD TOLD ME MORE ABOUT THE ACCOUNT AND TOLD ME SHE LINKED MY ACCOUNT WITH EBUCKS. WAS QUITE IMPRESSED WITH ALL THE INFO GIVEN SO I ALSO CONVINCED MY HUSBAND TO CLOSE HIS ABSA AND TAKE EXACTLY THE SAME ACCOUNT I HAD WITH FNB. SINCE THEN I CONSTANTLY CHECKED MY EBUCKS AND SAW THAT I HAD A BALANCE OF R0. YESTERDAY THE 09TH JAN I CHECKED MY HUSBANDS ACCOUNT AND SAW THAT HE HAS EBUCKS. I HAVE SPENT MORE ON FUEL AS WELL AS TRANSACTIONS BUT RECEIVED NO EBUCKS. SO I WENT IN THE NEWCASTLE CBD BRANCH AND SPOKE TO A CONSULTANT WHO ADVISED I PHONE EBUCKS AS HE FOUND NO PROBLEM ON MY ACCOUNT. I SPOKE TO THE EBUCKS CONSULTANT AND HE TOLD ME THAT I WAS ACTIVATED ON A LOW INDICATOR., I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS ALL I KNOW IS THAT I REQUESTED FROM THE CONSULTANT WHO OPENED MY ACCOUNT THAT I WANTED TO EARN EBUCKS. I WANT TO BE REIMBURSED WITH MY EBUCKS
