I, ve notice that i swiped my bank card and it got declined cause i cannot swipe then i was told i cannot use my cellphone banking i did not sign up for this account last time when i asked what is wrong with this account it was said the account is an account that is unable to swipe i must just draw money this is very inconvenient for me i want this account fixed the way it was normal i don't want to change my account number because i have it for a very long time someone in absa needs to fix this i, m very very unhappy with this poor service that the customer who they dont care about must sufferas usual this is how absa help the low income customers.
