I visited Absa Reds mall to open an account and it has taken me a month to open a simple savings account one consultant Margret Ferrera helped me and she promised to come back to me with the response i went back the following saturday she was not in the office and someone else helped me and promised to phone me during the course of the week they never called i then made follow up and she said she will come back to me this time she did and told me to come in because everything was approved i went in and again she was not in i tried to speak to the manager who also looks busy after staying there for a good 1 hour plus she said she would be busy with other clients for the next hour or so, so she refered me to veronica who then tried to help me but again she couldnt help because she said she needed an email which Margret has and no one could access the email only her. This kind of service is the worst that i have seen in the banking sector could someone help me to open this account i had one before and they need to update my profile only and the account will be running
