FNB - HOW CAN WE HELP YOU?

On Sunday 3rd February 2013, Was at the ATM to draw some funds - I inserted my card and was asked for my cell no. instead of my PIN No. - I was confused and I pressed caancelled. The machine swallowed my card. Contacted FNB hotline and cancelled and received sms stating it was cancelled. Two after receiving the sms i recived another sms to say that R1400'00 has been withdrawn from another atm. Its called skimming.
Approached the bank lodge a complaint. Received a call on Thursday 7/02/2013 - to say my claim is declined. My card must still be at that ATM - what about cctv footage to see who was beforeme and cctv footage at the other branch within 2minutes. Response from FNB staff was how can we avoid a hi-jacking?
Checked internet -FNB - its card skimming. What steps did FNB take when they knew of this new thats taking place. How can we help you? give my money back- No fault of mine.
