INCREASE LIMIT ON MY ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS

Good day, yesterday i went to standard bank Wonderpark, driving from Pretoria north to Wonderpark as is the closest Bank to me that opens on Sunday. reason for the branch visit is because i have reached my monthly limit on my electronic payments. i cannot pay any beneficiary linked to my profile because system at the atm's says i have already reach my limit. when i reach wonderpark branch, the customer service clerk was unable to increase my limit, reason there was no one in the branch to overide for limit increase. how can such a big standard bank branch open on a sunday just for joy not for business? how can you assign people to come and work to assist customer without a supervisor or 2nd incharge or someone with the mandate of supervision? when is standard bank going to change and become a bank to go?
