At ATM with no CCTV footage available

Went to atm in randgate, Randfontein to draw money, keypad was not working properly, two black men approached my wife, and said that it did it yesterday as well, and bump my wife out of the way and he pussed buttons on the keybord, she then pussed him away and the other man was on her other side, and then the two men left in a hurry, she saw the card in the machine and pushed it in again, and the whole screen the went blank, she then realised something is wrong, she then went to FNB branch in town but was still closed, asked the security to help her to stop the card and he turned his back on her, she was then able to stop the card online. but two amounts was already with drawn from a standardbank atm in towm, R3000 and R1000. went to FNB to full in a case claim, after 2 weeks the reply was that they do not feel they have to return our money. We phoned them to ask for the CCTV footage, with there answer being, that there is no footage available because there system was down. the last reference number they gave me was 359013. I feel that my money would be safe in the bank and why must I run a los if bank security system is not up to standard
