Been a STD bank client for over 10 yrs I am disappointed in da service provided. 1 Sept 2013 I went draw money at the atm inserted and pin nr no response received then I assumsed da card got jammed/swopped.still standing at da same atm I foned 2 card dept 2 cancel da card.spoke to a consultant who confirmed card has been stopped I den felt reassured and left da atm.on my way hme I received an sms stating R5000 has been withdrawn 4rm da account. I then called daagain and got through to da same consult who once again reassured me that my card has been cancelled and it is a system error.both my wife and I went to the branch over 5 times as I was not receiving any feedbank or phone calles from da bank as I was told my case has been sent to dept for investigation.evually I got assistance from da eastgate branch manager who contact dept manager 2 follow up.after 3weeks nobody bothered 2 investigate and only then did they do a quik investigation whilst we hung on the line.feedbank I was den given afta 2hrs of holding was that my refund was declined apparently because I they saying I cancelled da card 3min after money was withdrawn which I don't agree with.veryangryclient
