I settled my installment sale on my car beginning of Jan and there is a R211 overpaid that is due as a refund to me. I have phoned the call centre 3 times and each time am told the refund will be done instantly but it's not. I also received an SMS on 29 Jan saying I would receive the refund in 48 hours. Still nothing. This is and its my money. I will never do a deal with Wesbank again and need my refund to be processes immediately.
