Still have not received refund!

Wesbank financed my car. The car has been fully paid for years ago and I now require registration papers.

The first representative i spoke with informed me that I NEED to pay R415 to get these papers - this didnt make sense to me and i queried him again but he responded that he was sure about this. I was incorrectly informed however as this fee is only payable if Wesbank did issue the papers to me and i lost them. Wesbank never issued these papers to me and therefore the paper are due to me at no cost.

I learnt this from the second representative that I spoke with - she assured me that they will do a refund. I sent an email 4 days ago requesting the refund AGAIN and i did note receive any response!

I am still waiting for my refund!! PLEASE RESOLVE ASAP.
