I traded my car, and received wonderful service from the dealer. Then it came to Wesbank!!! Settlement requested, dealer paid, and then the debit order went off on my account. Sorry mam, could not stop it 5 days prior to date of payment - phone again tomorrow. Next day: Sorry mam, cannot refund, as it is not showing our side - phone again tomorrow. 3rd day, phone again tomorrow, and PS: as soon as it shows our side, it will take up to 3 working days to refund back to your account again!!! So am I being reimbursed for my losses? No sorry mam. But phone again tomorrow. Unbelievable!!! I have other liabilities too. Who is going to explain to them that Wesbank took their money??? That I have to carry all these costs to get my own back? What do I do, who do I take it up with?
