I just tried calling FNB cellphone banking and wallet . about 3 times while i was holding the phone kept cutting off. i do not understand why such a big establishment does not have available agents to attend to quesries if they are going to keep cutting off our calls and why give options to press a certain button for a certain cervice if yoyu will not have people who will pick up the phone.
