Student Loan Concern

In the beginning my application was been processed constructively i even received a message to confirm that my application was processed successfully. Receiving this message has given me hope that my fees will be paid ASAP. In no time i have visited the branch to finalize my documents but it turned out that i was sent back several times to collect some documents. The issue that i am sitting with is that i haven't been to school because they demand fees to be settled, time is not on my side and i am four weeks left behind, as this will be extremely costly for me in long run. This has arisen from having to apply a student loan using my late's grand mother (my mother's mother) home/physical address because that's where i am situated for this three years of school, therefore i was told to bring a proof of residential address, apparently the address is registered with my late granny' s name, however i took the death certificate along with me to provide sufficient evidence but i was completely not helped.By all due respect, as you finish reading my complaint would you put yourself into my shoes and offer other alternatives to consider in order to SPEEDILY complete my application.
