I am a proud FNB customer, or was. 2 Weeks ago I applied for a student loan online, recieved an email to confirm my application. Then I faxed them the documents as they asked.. This morning I called them to track the status. After getting transferred for 10 minutes, the lady tell me "They have a problem with the internet applications, I must re-apply telephonically". After 2 weeks!! My university need my registration fees at the end of Janauary. Now I sit with a huge problem! THANK YOU FOR NOTHING FNB. I will move all my accounts asap!! And tell everyone I know about this. Great advertising until they have you as a client, then, no service!!!
