Unable to process a simple student loan

I applied for a student loan online for my MBA in November, I received a reference number and faxed through the supporting docs. After not receiving a response for a while, I contacted the call centre only to be told that there was no record of an application and one could be created over the phone. I visited the nearest FNB branch (Melrose Arch) and spoke to a customer service rep who advised me that I should 'not apply for credit online'. To my dismay I asked the rep to assist me complete the application. Supporting docs were provided and was assured that the application was processed. Many days later with no response, I messaged Premier Banking to assist me in this regard and received no response up till today (3 weeks). I phoned the call centre and was told docs were still outstanding. I mailed them to spenddocs at [URL Removed] as requested. I received SMS's the following day to say docs were still outstanding. I spoke to another rep and obtained her own email address to send all documents through, which I did. The next day I received the same SMS. I am on the course and had to pay the initial fee upfront with my credit card. Still no feedback, highly disappointed with FNB.
