Late on paying my bond amount

To whom it may concern

My building loan was approved 11.06.2013 and all the necessary documents was given in. Standard bank then almost the next day gave instructions to Gerhard Botha attorneys.

I then went to sign all the documents at the attorneys, the attorneys asked me for all the documentation that was given in to the bank originally to approve the loan quote, plans ex. Again something was strange for me WHY DID THEY NOT HAVE THIS INFORMATION FROM THE STANDARD BANK HOMELOANS DEPARTMENT?

Then the following week the attorneys phoned us and told us that standard bank had a message on their system that my loan has shown that I am building a house and not just a extension. This message took standard bank three weeks to remove so the bond can be registered. In this three weeks and during the hole loan application I spoke with Miss Premla Subramani at the home loans department she said that none of my loan amount will be paid out before my bond is not registered. AGAIN WHY DID STANADARD BANK TAKE SO LONG TO REMOVE THAT ERROR MESSAGE?

So the beginning of this week the attorney's phoned again and told me there was another problem. Standard bank requires the sectional title plan
