With all due respect i thank you for the progress that i have seen ever since i laid a complaint it shows how considered you are regarding my student loan application, so far i have no doubts that my fees, accommodation and textbooks will be settled in no time. As for today i went to visit the branch to sign for my student achiever's account to enable the branch to complete my loan in a sustainable manner, however please take note that from Monday the 18th, i am starting with the term tests, with this regard i now ask you to speedily process the financial transfer as to i will need to go buy textbooks to study for the coming tests.
