Student loan troubles

I just want to get this out there. My father and I applied for a student loan this year for the third time since starting my studies. The only thing I have to say is that your system! Every year, and I am not exaggerating, every year for 3 years in a row, we have problems. Documents go missing, someone applied incorrectly, the application was denied for no reason whatsoever, we need to come in for the application to be re-done.

Two weeks ago, went in to apply, had all the documents, loan was provisionally granted and the contract was signed with the money set to be paid in the 18th of Jan. As always that didn't happen and we need to go back tomorrow to re apply and wait another week for something else to go wrong. In the meanwhile I need to pay a R4000 registration fee.

So I want to thank you for the excellent service we have recieved over the past 3 years, also the high standard of service you set for young professionals like myself entering the world of business, and I look forward to apply for the very last time next year when I finish my studies, so that I never have to come back.

Hopefully there are no problems when we go back tomorrow for re-application.
