Worst service ever!!!

On 05 February I went to the FNB Maponya Mall to apply for a student loan. My application was dealt with by Charmaine Mhlari who took all my details, documents and contact info. She advised me that the application had been approved in principle and that I should expect a response from the bank within 3 days. On 07 February I then called 0861 40 40 40 (student loans) to get an update on my application only to be told that no application was on system. Instead I was told that I needed to start the process from scratchand send in all the documents I'd given to the consultant at the bank. Payment for school was to be paid by 08 February and here I was being told there is no application on system.
I now have to run around looking for all the documents and sending them through with no gautantee of the application as nothing was on system. It is disgusting how such a reputable company plays with peoples time and emotion. I now have to wait another 2-3 days before I know the outcome of an application I did 2 days ago. I am utterly disappointed. To think didn't even consider other banks just so I could keep my business with FNB. WOW!!!
