Wow so you are off and about to cross the border and walk into your FNB Branch and you tell them you are going abroad and sort out all the paperwork. U then register for online banking so that you can take care of all your finances while you are abroad, everything seems fine... I visited them numerous occasions before leaving the country and just happens that they didnt tell me that I will need an OTP when making payments online. I am now stuck 9000km's away with no roaming network and cannot do any online payments. I tried to change my OTP settings but guess what... U NEED AN OTP TO DO THAT!!!
