I HAVE TO SEE WHAT YOU PEOPLE ARE SMOKING

So i have an online banking token that just decided on friday that its not going to work anymore. after this thing has been reset more than 3 times and i go to branch and guess what they cant help me i must call online banking. as calm as ever this morning i call again to online banking and i speak to megan. she does the excat same thing and asks me the same questions as friday and still this thing doesnt work. i was still fine until she told meso casualy that the tag is faulty and that i need to pay for a new one. can someone please tell me how a tag that still gives me numbers be faulty and why is that my fault that the electronics of YOUR tag is not working. i will not be paying for this and please advise if you would like to me to change banks because i doubt FNB would treat me like this. i will not be paying for a tag that looks fine to me and i need to use my online banking as quickly as tomorrow. so someone better sort this out before i cancel all that i have with you.
