Opened a new FNB Business account - excellent service. I received my cheque card couriered last week.
However, this morning, I have spent close to an hour online and on the telephone, trying to 'activate the account', verify details and register for online business banking!
Registered on the website, received an e-mail from inContact to let me know I can login. Tried to: info not valid. Tried to reset: Account not registered. Tried to register: Account has been registered.
Another call to the call centre, to be told there is a problem with their online business banking, I need to visit a branch to register.
Now please tell me: WHAT is the use of online banking, if you cannot do it ONLINE??!!
