Opened a business account early December. It took a week or so for all the paperwork to be finalised, and a card was delivered just before Christmas. After a few days of to'ing and fro'ing with RMB I was told to go into any branch to sign some paperwork and my online banking would be activated. Upon going to a branch I found out that RMB have not set up a banking profile for my account and there is nothing the branch can do. The phone was not answered when we called RMB. I am a consultant and have client meetings most days, so going into a branch during bank business hours is a challenge, especially this time of year. I have not heard back from my banker to say that this was sorted. Today I went back to the branch, spent 25 minutes signing paperwork, received an sms saying my online banking is active. I asked the lady who helped me how to login, and was told to go online and select "Register for online banking", I tried this, and still get the same message "Registrations are not permitted for the card type entered". I have not been told what my account number is, how to transfer funds into the account. I am at a loss now as to what to do next...
