My banking password isn't working any longer for online banking. I cannot log in for three weeks now. I have sent an email every single day to Absa and Absa platinum but there has been so response. I am abroad and cannot go into the bank. When I phone from the US I am placed on hold and no one ever answers. I cannot pay accounts and will now be charged for that being late.
I would like to be assisted, I would like to be refunded and I would like to change banks unless I have access to my OWN account.
