Unable to use online banking facility

Dear Peter,

I cannot access FNB online banking facility, since July i've made numerous calls to the FNB call centre for online banking to assist to resolve the issue and till today the issue is not resolved.

The service from FNB online banking of really poor and considering leaving and join another Bank.
