I used to do regular forex payments via the FNB online banking platform from my personal account. Ever since the New Online Banking platform got introduced I fail to do Forex transactions and various error messages keep on popping up and preventing me from completing payments. I have chosen FNB for their good service and technological innovations but I am highly disappointed in a) the new online platform and b) how this matter has been handled since my first complaint more than 6 weeks ago to what is my currently nearest branch in Ladybrand as well as from the FNB cellphone banking hotline. I still can't make Forex payments and have started to look for alternatives to FNB. Big FAIL!!!
