FNB NEW ONLINE BANKING FRUSTRATING

Since the launch of the new fnb online banking on 14/07/2013, there have been numerous problems with it. It is not user friendly and it is now very frustrating to use online banking. Simple procedures have become complicated. Why fix something that is not broken. The old online banking was fine and userfriendly. Why did fnb not test everything before implementing the changes. I have heard that many people are having the same problems. We are losing out on businees due to these unnecessary changes. I cannot get used to this new confusing system, other banks online banking systems are easy to use and simple.
